GOD'S PEACE AND BLESSINGS BE UPON YOU. I know investing in real estate can be daunting and frustrating task. That does not only apply to new investors but veterans as well. I know it may seem like this is a foreign language or some type of alien experience but it really is not rocket science. My first two mentors made me volunteer for one year a piece for no pay to learn the business. Even though both were self made millionaires that never gave me any money to do a deal. That is one thing I will tell you is to VOLUNTEER FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Get THEIR COFFEE, DO ANYTHING LEGAL AND NOT DEGRADING TO LEARN. LEARN TO WORK, NOT!!! WORK TO LEARN.
